Content of contributions, comments, and behavior
When the User submits a Comment, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the following conditions:
The User must not transmit any Comment containing any illegal elements, namely and in particular racist, antisemitic, insulting, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content, and, in general, the User undertakes to respect public order and the rights of third parties.
In the absence of compliance with the aforementioned obligations, EKYOG reserves the right to suspend the publication of any Comment at any time. In the absence of convincing justification demonstrating that the User complies with the provisions of these GTC, EKYOG reserves the right, without further notice or formality, to delete any Comment.

SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO EKYOG

Any content submitted by the User will be subject to validation or prior review by EKYOG for the purpose of verifying that this Comment complies with these GTC.
As long as the Comment is not validated by EKYOG, the content cannot be edited and published on the Site. The User declares that they accept, particularly with regard to the volume of requests, that EKYOG cannot, under any circumstances, commit to a deadline for the review and validation of the proposed content, nor to sending nominative information justifying the rejection of the content.
If EKYOG decides not to publish the Comment, it has no obligation to notify the author, nor the obligation to justify or motivate its decision. In the event of refusal to publish, the Comment will simply be destroyed, which the User accepts.

POSTING COMMENTS ONLINE

The Comment submitted to EKYOG remains the sole and entire property of the User. Without prejudice to the foregoing and in order for the Comment to be posted online on the Site, the User grants EKYOG the authorizations necessary to allow the following exploitations:

The User is solely responsible for posting Comments online, as EKYOG does not provide any moderation or prior control of any kind, provided that the User strictly complies with the provisions of these GTC.
For the record, in the absence of such compliance, EKYOG reserves the right to suspend and/or delete Comments contravening these GTC under the conditions set out above.
