Content of contributions, comments, and behavior
When the User submits a Comment, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the following conditions:
The User must not transmit any Comment containing any illegal elements, namely and in particular content that is racist, antisemitic, insulting, abusive, constitutes harassment, is defamatory, and, in general, the User undertakes to respect public order and the rights of third parties.
In the event of failure to comply with the aforementioned obligations, EKYOG reserves the right to suspend the publication of any Comment at any time. Failing conclusive justification demonstrating that the User complies with the provisions of these T&Cs, EKYOG reserves the right, without further notice or formality, to delete any Comment.

SUBMISSIONS OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO EKYOG

Any content submitted by the User will be subject to prior validation or examination by EKYOG for the purpose of verifying that this Comment complies with these T&Cs.
As long as the Comment is not validated by EKYOG, the content cannot be edited and published on the Site. The User declares to accept, particularly in light of the volume of requests, that EKYOG cannot, under any circumstances, commit to a timeframe for examination and validation of the proposed content, nor to the sending of personalized information justifying the rejection of the content.
If EKYOG decides not to publish the Comment, it has no obligation to notify the author, nor the obligation to justify or explain its decision. In the event of a refusal to publish, the Comment will be simply destroyed, which the User accepts.

POSTING COMMENTS ONLINE

The Comment submitted to EKYOG remains the sole and entire property of the User. Without prejudice to the foregoing and so that the Comment can be posted online on the Site, the User grants EKYOG the necessary authorizations allowing for the following exploitations:

The User is solely responsible for posting Comments online, with EKYOG providing no moderation or prior control of any kind, provided that the User strictly complies with the provisions of these T&Cs.
For the record, in the absence of such compliance, EKYOG reserves the right to suspend and/or delete Comments contravening these T&Cs under the conditions set out above.
